Campanile di Giotto

This is a manipulation of the picture taken by my sweetheart [link] .
I darkened the pic, changed the sky with the one from a picture I took in Bretagne, then added the rain effect. I'd love to add some lightning too (Zardo, you've contaminated me!!!) but the tuts I've found on the web give crappy results.
